About Therapy and My Approach
Therapy is a space to gain insight into why we choose the people we do, why we tolerate certain dynamics, and why we find ourselves repeating the same patterns. It is a place to explore your past and talk about the present so you can heal old wounds, let go of shame, and move forward in a way that makes you feel good about who you are.

In my practice, I use a mixture of techniques to increase awareness and challenge the limiting beliefs that keep you guarded. Together, we will get to know the parts of yourself—such as the protector, the pleaser, or the critic—that tend to take the lead. We focus on learning how to respond instead of reacting, helping you make choices that leave you feeling in control and at peace. I help you understand not just what you feel, but why you feel it and how those patterns formed so we can heal them at the root.

I believe therapy should be relatable, so I often bring in humor, storytelling, music, and media. I balance warmth with an honest challenge; I will hold space for your pain while gently calling out the patterns that keep you stuck. Because therapy is not one size fits all, I take the time to truly understand who you are and what you uniquely need.
